I loved the location of this hotel. It's very close to where I had business meetings in West Surabaya and there are plenty of food options around the area. The hotel was also very clean and had great facilities. I appreciated the fact that there was parking available and it was easy to get transportation.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay, with plenty of restaurants and a nearby mall for shopping. the breakfast had a good selection, especially the chicken porridge and coffee. We appreciated the eco-friendly initiative of providing a water jug to refill, which helped to minimize plastic bottle waste.
the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, with a smelly building and dirty hallway carpets.

The hotel is conveniently located near various dining places, making it easy to grab a meal. The rooms are clean and tidy, perfect for a business trip. The breakfast at the hotel has a good selection of dishes, especially the coffee, which I loved.
Some aspects of the hotel, however, left me disappointed. The air conditioning in the room was not strong enough, and the lack of a hairdryer and other basic amenities in the room meant I had to request them from the front desk.

The hotel is conveniently located in the West Surabaya area, making it close to many business areas. Although it's impossible to cross the busy street the hotel is situated on, it's easy to take a taxi. the rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.
Some facilities like the shower need fixing.
